I have a settlement conference with my ex-wife and am unable to afford a lawyer financially as I am currently between jobs. Before my condition came back, I heard they let another student in the same program work independently so I asked for the same permission, but mine was rejected. She's Caucasian and I'm not.
They said for me to work independently I need to go to the school's disability center to prove that I have a disability that prevents me from group work. The Caucasian
student has not been requested the same proof. Also, I've never been diagnosed with any type of disability, ever.

I believe I'm treated unfairly and this is quite upsetting as I feel my right to study is being violated again and again.
